I just spent two weeks in Hawaii that I will remember for the rest of my life. The first week was spent cruising aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s “Pride of America”. The second week was spent in Honolulu. I visited four islands: Oahu, Kauai, Maui and Hawaii.
I do not have a favorite island. Each island has unique characteristics that make it special. I like them all for different reasons.
I saw too much and did too much to go into details so I will just recommend a couple things.
Take a helicopter tour. We took our tour with Blue Hawaiian helicopters on the island of Kauai. They were very organized and professional. I felt safe and enjoyed every moment of it. The experience is worth the price.
Consider a submarine tour. We took our tour on Oahu with Atlantis submarines. They operate the largest passenger sub in the world. It is a unique and enjoyable experience. They also operate tours around the world. Check them out.
Don’t be afraid to try difference cuisines. Hawaii provides many opportunities to sample food from all over the Pacific. Filipino, Vietnamese and Korean are often found side by side with excellent Japanese, Chinese and traditional Hawaiian fare.

Yah, Oahu is a very fascinating and beautiful island. It is a very important part of Hawaii. Once you travel to Hawaii, you can’t miss Oahu.

You hawaii vacation sounds very nice. In my view, Hawaii is one of the most beautiful places in the world. If i get married, i will go there for my honeymoon vacation.
